Kiss918app was built from the ground up with one clear vision — to be the most trusted online gaming and betting platform in Malaysia. Player safety, fair play, and an enjoyable experience are the three core pillars behind every decision we have made since day one.
More than just a gaming platform — we are a community of Malaysian players united by a shared passion for responsible entertainment.
Kiss918app began operations in 2018 as an online gaming platform built specifically for the Malaysian market. At the time, we saw a clear gap — many Malaysian players who enjoyed slots, live casino, and Sports Betting were forced to use overseas platforms that didn't understand local needs, didn't support Malaysian payment methods, and offered no customer support in Malay.
That is where kiss918app was born. We spent nearly two years building the right infrastructure before fully launching the platform — from selecting licensed game software providers and integrating local payment methods such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, and FPX, to training a customer support team capable of communicating in fluent, friendly Bahasa Melayu.
Today, kiss918app has grown into one of Malaysia's most active online entertainment platforms, with over 200,000 registered members from across the country — from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Kinabalu, from Johor Bahru to Alor Setar. We offer more than 500 game options across all categories — slots, Live Casino, lottery, roulette, Malaysia Super League and EPL Sports Betting, as well as IPL and ICC cricket betting.
More important than those numbers is the confidence Malaysian players place in kiss918app every day. We don't take that trust lightly. Every decision we make — from selecting game providers and setting bonus policies, to withdrawal limits and how we handle complaints — is guided by one goal: the best and fairest possible player experience.
"kiss918app was built not to be the biggest platform in Asia — but to be the most trusted one among Malaysian players. It's a distinction that may seem small, but it shapes every decision we make."
— The kiss918app Founding TeamSix things that set us apart from other platforms in the Malaysian market
Kiss918app uses 256-bit SSL encryption — the same security standard adopted by Malaysia's leading banking institutions. All financial transactions, personal data and gaming activity are fully protected. We conduct regular third-party security audits to ensure there are no system vulnerabilities.
256-bit SSLAll games on kiss918app are provided by internationally accredited software suppliers using a Random Number Generator (RNG) system that has been independently audited and certified. This means every game outcome is completely random — no manipulation, no favoritism. The RTP for each game is displayed transparently within the game information.
Certified RNGThe kiss918app mobile app is built specifically for Malaysian users — lightweight, fast on local 4G and 5G networks, and available on both Android and iOS. A Bahasa Melayu interface, local payment methods, and Bahasa Melayu customer support make for a far more familiar and comfortable experience compared to foreign platforms that don't understand the local context.
Android & iOSWe support all major Malaysian payment methods — Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Bank Islam, RHB). Deposits are processed in under one minute. Withdrawals to Malaysian bank accounts or e-wallets are processed within 15 to 30 minutes for fully verified accounts.
Touch 'n Go & DuitNowKiss918app designs every promotion with transparency at its core — our bonus wagering requirements are among the lowest in the industry, terms are written in plain language, and there is nothing hidden in the fine print. From a Welcome Bonus of up to RM 500 for new members, to an automatic 1.2% weekly rebate and a daily 5% live casino cashback — every offer is built to deliver real value.
Low WageringKiss918app customer support is available 24/7 via live chat directly within the app and platform. Our team doesn't just read from a script — they're trained to resolve real issues quickly and professionally in Bahasa Melayu. Our average live chat response time is under three minutes.
Response Time <3 MinutesKiss918app was founded with a vision to build an online entertainment platform that truly understands Malaysian players. The founding team began constructing the technical infrastructure and securing the necessary licensing.
Kiss918app officially launched the platform with over 100 slots from accredited providers. FPX and local bank transfer payment methods were supported from the start. The first membership milestone was reached within the first three months.
Live Casino with real dealers was introduced, covering Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger and Sic Bo. Support for Touch 'n Go eWallet and GrabPay was added in response to growing demand from Malaysian players increasingly using e-wallets.
The Sports Betting section was introduced with coverage of the Malaysian Super League, EPL, and badminton. The mobile app for Android and iOS launched, giving players access to all games from anywhere. kiss918app membership surpassed 50,000.
Full cricket coverage was introduced, encompassing the IPL, ICC World Cup, and Test Matches. A VIP loyalty programme with four tiers — Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond — was launched to reward kiss918app's most dedicated players.
Kiss918app continues to grow with new game additions, security system upgrades, and user experience improvements driven by player feedback. Active members now exceed 200,000 across Malaysia.

Six core values we uphold across every aspect of kiss918app's operations
Every decision at kiss918app starts with one question: is this truly best for our players? From interface design and bonus terms to withdrawal limits and how we handle complaints — player interests consistently take priority over short-term business gains.
We believe players deserve to know exactly what they're signing up for. Terms and conditions are written in plain, easy-to-understand language, RTP is displayed for every game, and house edge is disclosed openly. There is no fine print concealing anything important.
Players' personal and financial data is protected to the highest security standards. We have never sold or shared player data with third parties without consent, and we never will. Every year we undergo an independent security audit to ensure our systems remain airtight.
Kiss918app is fully committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide easily accessible self-control tools, promote sensible betting limits, and have strict policies in place to identify and support players who may be experiencing gambling-related issues.
The online gaming industry moves fast. kiss918app continually adds new games, upgrades its technology, and improves the user experience based on real player feedback. What you see today is a better version of kiss918app than it was yesterday.
While we operate in a global environment, our identity is fundamentally Malaysian. We understand the culture, language, payment needs and social context of Malaysian players in a way that overseas platforms simply cannot. This isn't just localisation — it's who we truly are.
One of the biggest concerns players have when choosing an online gaming platform is payments — can I deposit easily? How quickly will my winnings reach my account? Are the payment methods I use every day supported?
At kiss918app, we have built a complete payment ecosystem for Malaysian players:
The minimum deposit at kiss918app is as low as RM 20, and funds are credited to your account in under one minute once the transaction is confirmed. For withdrawals, the process is typically completed within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts — significantly faster than many other platforms that can take up to 24 hours.
All transactions on kiss918app are secured with banking-grade security protocols. We do not store your payment card details on our servers — all sensitive financial data is processed directly by licensed and regulated payment providers.
The dedicated people who ensure the best experience for Malaysian players, every single day
Malaysian players' trust in kiss918app didn't happen overnight. It was built gradually — through every winning payout made on time, every complaint resolved fairly, every promotion that delivered on its promise, and every moment the platform performed flawlessly during a crucial match.
We know there are many other platforms out there making big promises. What sets kiss918app apart is a genuine track record — not just marketing statements. Players who joined us in 2019 are still active today, and that's a validation no advertising campaign can buy.
One of the most critical aspects of trust is the withdrawal process. On many other platforms, Malaysian players frequently encounter delayed withdrawals, implausible technical excuses, or in the worst cases — outright non-payment. kiss918app has a clean withdrawal record — we pay every legitimate win, on time, without unnecessary questions.
We also ensure our games are fair through independent RNG audits conducted by third-party certification bodies. These audit certificates are available for players who wish to verify game fairness before deciding to play on kiss918app.
Real experiences from loyal members who have been with us for years
"I've tried a few Malaysian online casino platforms, but kiss918app is the most consistent when it comes to withdrawals. Not once have I had an issue — every time I request a withdrawal, the money hits my DuitNow within 20 minutes. That's what matters most to me as a player — a platform that actually pays when you win."
"What I genuinely appreciate about kiss918app is the customer support — they actually take care of you. I once had a technical issue during a live casino session, reached out via live chat, and the problem was resolved within five minutes. They even added compensation credits without me having to ask. That's a sign of a platform that truly values its players."
"I'm a serious cricket bettor — I bet on the IPL every year. kiss918app has 90+ markets per IPL match, live odds updated almost every ball, and real-time stats right in the app. Deposit via Touch 'n Go in under a minute. This is exactly what I need from a platform — no reason to look anywhere else."
